Simplify traceability with dynamic label control
Our BarTender integration enables users to print labels directly from FactryOS, no need to switch systems or fill in forms. For example, when a production step completes, the MES sends a print request with the correct label template ID, printer destination, copy count, and field values (like batch number, timestamp, or product code) to the BarTender server. Label templates remain fully editable within BarTender, giving engineers the flexibility to update layouts without touching code.

Fully decoupled design and deployment
Label templates are managed in BarTender — nothing is hardcoded — so design changes (like adding QR codes or shifting fields) are applied immediately without developer involvement.
Integrated label triggers in the workflow
Labels print automatically at specific process points, defined in the FactryOS MES. Operators simply complete the step and the system handles printer selection, template choice, and variable data inclusion.
Map the label content from FactryOS
Configure each BarTender template’s variable fields just once. After setup, FactryOS automatically populates and prints every label purely from that configuration, with no code changes required and instant support for on-the-fly template updates.
