About us

Factry develops software solutions to help our customers get insights in their industrial processes. And we’re one of a kind, because we know our way around industrial systems while also having a lot of expertise with advanced technologies from the web- and IoT-space. Every day, we build open software for use in an industrial context. We’ve been international since day 1: while based in Ghent, Belgium, we maintain Factry software all over the world! One more thing…

Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Factry we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
